Seated, sungazing, meditation, quiet savoring time, squat, splits, or lotus, with antique gem tweezers in hand, lost in detail, I delicately place gemstones in a radial pattern... color therapy by natures brightest hues, it stills me. Like a tiny healing crystal grid, glint of sun, lost in detail, it quiets my body and mind for a moment, stills my hand, and like a surgeon with their tools, an artist with their brush, to play with the colors of nature in this detailed & disciplined way... frees me.
